Christyanto & Faiz, Consultants & Attorneys at Law (“C&F Law Firm”) is an Indonesian Law Firm which was established in the year of 2004 (previously named as “Christyanto, Sjarief & Faiz, Consultants & Attorneys at Law”), and a Law Firm which has experienced Advocates as its members whose having expertise in broad-spectrum and various Indonesian legal sectors needed by the community, in individual legal issues as well as in corporate legal issues and in litigation wise (in Court of Law settlement) as well as in non-litigation wise (out of Court of Law settlement).

The founders who are also the members of the Board of Management of C&F Law Firm, Denny Christyanto, SH. and Tb. A. Adhi R. Faiz, SH., MH., are Advocates and members of The Indonesian Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia) and The Indonesian Advocates Association (Ikatan Advokat Indonesia) who are experienced in rendering legal services to Clients (Government and National/Foreign Private Sectors) for more than 15 (fifteen) years, so that C&F Law Firm will has well understanding and ability to render effective and efficient legal services to its Clients.

C&F Law Firm is a Law Firm which always makes sure that its assigned Advocates and Advocate Assistants are having the latest knowledge of Indonesian law development and issues, particularly regarding to the prevailing laws as well as the landmark decisions of the Court of Law, in the objective to make sure that the needs of the Clients to have precise knowledge and understanding of the legal problems that they are facing as well as the legal remedies that could or should be taken by the Clients to effectively watch over and defend their legal interests, are fulfilled.
